Application screenupdating in vba excel dating before marriage in islam

I have searched the forum and tried everything to resolve this issue. Select as I heard this can set Screen Updating to True.

I have a command button on Userform1 that calls the procedure below. I have placed the Screen Updating command all throughout (Overkill Im sure) and debugged it and the immediate window always shows it set to False. The procedure calls a function "Is Numeric" and I have put the Screen Updating False at the beginning and True at the end of the function. Sub importtag() Dim filename As String Dim path As String Dim ibasemodel As String Dim Ser Num As String Dim Tag Num As String Dim IBasenum As String Dim Cust Name As String Dim Address1 As String Dim Address2 As String Dim Address3 As String Dim Partnernum As String Dim mfgdate As String Dim District As String Dim Zip Code As String Dim Zipcodeplus As String Dim lastrow As Long Dim Options As Variant Dim Quantity As Variant Dim i As Long Dim location As String Dim location1 As String Dim location2 As String Dim State As String Dim onecontrol As Object Dim percentadj As String Dim tagfind As String Dim lastrow1 As Long Dim c As Range Dim tryagain As String Dim wbook As Workbook Dim rng As Range Dim rng1 As Range Dim loc1 As String 'calc to manual to try and stop screen flashing Application.

I would appreciate if someone could give me guidance on how to circumvent the use of Select in this code It is so much easier if you attach an example workbook containing the code.

I have attempted to edit your code but I cannot test it.

Controls Select Case Type Name(onecontrol) Case "Check Box" End Select Next onecontrol Userform1.

Ignore Remote Requests = True 'Clear certain entries in userform For Each onecontrol In Userform1.

So every time when I select any cell in that worksheet the screen flickers. Sometimes me too experienced that with Worksheet Events but adding that screenupdating = false code made it to flicker even more with the Worksheet Change Event. So I just stopped using screenupdating = false with worksheet events.Like you me too don't know the solution for this Please post a sample workbook with all the code; no pictures please. So from my viewpoint Screen Updating is not working correctly. This is an issue because when activating some sheets, I am doing things in the background that have been "Hidden" to this point but with screenupdating all ways "on" the user will see everything.

When the user selects the sheet (Using a Radio Button) a procedure is run that selects the sheet and activates it. Screen Updating = False, then some code runs which sets up the sheet and activates it. Now after some investigating I realized that Excel was not done activating the sheet so if I wait long enough the sheet might display.
